Lindsay Rice Releases Race Schedule for 2017


Rice will compete in three different race series for the 2017 season in the #18 Rice Racing Porsche 911.

(MISSISSAUGA, May 8, 2017) Rice, driver of the #18 Rice Racing Porsche 911, announces a busy three-series season.

The Grand Touring driver will be competing in the Canadian Touring Car Championship, Porsche Club Racing and the CASC Race Ontario Championship.

Her 2017 race schedule will be as follows:

May 13 – 14 : CASC BEMC Spring Trophy Races - CANADIAN TIRE MOTORSPORT PARK, BOWMANVILLE, ON

June 2 – 4 : PCA Clash at the Glen - WATKINS GLEN INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY, WATKINS GLEN, NY

August 4 – 6: PCA Canam Challenge - CANADIAN TIRE MOTORSPORT PARK, BOWMANVILLE, ON

August 11 – 13: CTCC Grand Prix Trois-Rivieres - GRAND PRIX TROIS-RIVIERES, TROIS RIVIERES, QC

September 1 – 3: CTCC Chevrolet Silverado 250 - CANADIAN TIRE MOTORSPORT PARK, BOWMANVILLE, ON

“I had a really great season last year in the 911 in all three racing series, so I decided to return to all of them. Each series has something different to offer me and my racing – whether it be difficult competition, endurance racing, or a better circuit.” Says Rice, “My team and I are ready to return to competition with some great partners – and with a goal to improve on our season last year.”

ABOUT LINDSAY RICE

Lindsay Rice is a young race car driver from the city of Mississauga, Ontario. She began competitively racing just last year in Grand Touring racing, placing herself on the podium in seven of her ten races in her Porsche 911. Lindsay is an aspiring professional driver, a businesswoman, and is well-versed in marketing and brand recognition. The young driver competed in four race series in 2016, including CASC Racing, Porsche Club Racing, the Canadian Touring Car Championship and the Nissan Micra Cup Series. For 2017, Lindsay Rice will compete in three series in 2017, including Canadian Touring Car Championship, Porsche Club Racing, and the CASC Race Ontario Championship.
