(TORONTO, ON) Lindsay Rice, driver of the #18 Rice Racing Audi RS3 LMS, confirms her participation in the Kyle Nash Memorial Race weekend to help in her competition for the Race Ontario Championship.
Rice will compete in this famous Canadian race weekend at Calabogie Motorsport Park in Ottawa on June 1-2, 2018.

Rice began her competitive season just two weeks ago in the #18 Rice Racing Audi RS3 at Victoria Day Speedfest at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. She ran the RS3 with the Canadian Touring Car Championship field and brought home a 6th place in GT Sport category.
"Victoria Day Speedfest was a learning weekend for me, and also for the team. We are still experimenting with adjustments in the TCR car, and we are continually analyzing and overlaying data to get the car just right. I managed to improve my times over the whole weekend at Victoria Speedfest, but we just weren't fast enough yet to get to the podium. I am working hard to learn this car better and I am hoping to get us there."
This is the first season that Rice has competed in the Audi RS3 LMS car. For 2018, the vehicle runs under Audi of Mississauga and Audi Brampton dealerships in the GTA. Lindsay Rice acts as a brand ambassador for the two dealers throughout the season.
Rice will now take her #18 race car to a completely new track in hopes of gaining some valuable points in the Race Ontario Championship at Calabogie Motorsport Park with the Canadian Automobile Sports Club field.
"For the past 3 seasons I have wanted to compete at the Kyle Nash Memorial race weekend. This is an all-new track for me to compete on. I drove this track in a street car and absolutely loved it. I can't wait to get out there and get some more points in my class."
